You've got questions, we've got answers. And if we don't have answers, we'll totally make something up.
In a word: Practices.
In a few words: we turn Information into Habit Formation.
And if you want even more words... we’ve spent the last 5 years crafting something truly unique to aid people leaders with the challenge of leading hybrid teams in a dynamic world.
With #lovework, there are no complex software integrations, no LMS that buries you in content, no infinite scroll, no annoying "check the box" activities — just simple, fun practices that create the most productive and energized team you've ever seen.
In just 5 minutes a day.
We help leaders who truly care.
By the way, when we say "leader" we don't mean "executive." Executives are welcome too, but #lovework is for any leader at any level who wants to create an amazing employee experience.Leaders who truly care change everything. They make our lives better in the place where we spend the majority of our waking hours: at work.
But leaders who aspire to be great often end up in the middle of organizations without the support they need.
#lovework is for you.
We do offer services that integrate seamlessly with the #lovework product and approach. Go here to learn more about what exactly we offer.
Most of the "people things" orgs try are either too reliant on tech (and therefore ineffective) or unscalably expensive (and therefore unspreadable).
The #lovework team provides only the services you need to make real, lasting change.
We’re strong believers in the idea: “Teach to fish.” Our goal is to give you and your organization all the tools YOU need to lead and sustain the changes you want to make.
Not exactly. We’re strong believers in the idea: “Teach to fish.”
We’ve done a lot of consulting in the past, and frankly that business model is often at odds with real, lasting change.
We will absolutely advise you and help however we can, but #lovework’s goal is always to give you and your organization all the tools YOU need to lead and sustain the changes you need to make.
The short answer is no. We reserve the right to change our mind on this down the line, but so far we've found that the user experience is enhanced considerably by being separate from typical user workflow applications.
Think of this as being similar to an off-site team building — you COULD do that same team building in your everyday office space, but it’s more effective and refreshing to get OUT and be in a new physical location.
The #lovework app is like this; it’s designed to be an “aesthetic reset,” a calm and serene place to go to recharge from the constant pings of email, Slack/Teams, your EHR system, etc.
We're continuously monitoring and measuring how much people use #lovework, of course, and we find that in general, utilization rates are MUCH higher for our participants versus other offerings (LMSs, EAPs, etc.) for a few key reasons.
First, #lovework isn't just an app. So your non-tech people still get a chance to learn and build habits in the Weekly Huddles!
Second, we come to you instead of you coming to us. A huge part of the challenge of using LMSs or EAPs is having to go to them and dig through a huge number of resources to find what's needed. #lovework curates exactly what you need and brings it to you.
Third, we create a venue for the "when." This is a difficult, and massively under appreciated, part of change — WHEN do I do the new things you want me to do? #lovework carves time out for this every week in the Huddles, and fits in the passing moments (when you check your phone anyway) for individual practice.
Absolutely! Most people get comfortable with sharing very quickly. This may seem surprising, but it won't be after you use it. Everything in #lovework is based in positive psychology and appreciative inquiry, so the things people are prompted to share are generally encouraging, uplifting, and energizing.
This is a common fear before starting, but it's not an actual challenge. First, we don't share any personally-identifiable data with an employer — our Impact Reports are always aggregated and anonymized. Second, the data that's going into the app is volunteered by the participant; they are able to share (or not share) whatever they like.
That's not a question. 😉 But we'd love to answer whatever other questions you have. Please go here to get in touch! We'll get back to you right away.
